E3 has partnered with Boise State University's Material Science and Engineering Department. Through this partnership, E3 has gained access to one of the fastest growing material science laboratories in the country. This collaboration has opened doors into government agencies, national laboratories, as well as other universities, to further studies and to improve on our products. Boise State's resources have also allowed us to seek out some of the brightest minds in the petroleum and bio-fuel industry.

E3 is currently funding research projects for Boise State's undergraduate and graduate students, allowing them hands on learning through testing valued by businesses.

Testing

The E3 Catalysts have been independently tested by numerous organizations and laboratories including the Department of Defense (DoD) and the California Air Resource Board (CARB). The independent test results substantiate that adding E3 increases fuel efficiency from 10% up to 38% in fossil fuels, reduces emissions between 90 and 98% of standards (including green house gases), extends the life of engines, and eliminates the need for retrofits of additional filtration or carbon collectors as those currently being proposed for use in the trucking industry. The catalysts have been tested and proven effective in all types of fuels used in many types of combustion engines.

The E3 formulations are unmatched in the alternative fuel industry. The California Environmental Engineering, and Testing Laboratory testing on behalf of the California Air Resource Board (CARB) had this to say about E3's catalysts:

"The amount of reduction in these emission levels represents a significant and valuable improvement when compared to baseline fuel. In nearly two decades of testing fuel treatments claiming to reduce emissions and/or increase fuel economy, we have not seen results from any product that was able to reduce NOx and hydro carbons emissions while at the same time improve fuel economy. We are also not aware of any other fuel product available today that can produce these results."

E3 has been tested by Paragon Laboratories and it has been proven safe for use in all types of engines that burn fossil fuels. This includes; reciprocating engines (gasoline and diesel), turbine engines, coal fired generators, bunker burning marine engines, building boilers and natural gas burning generators and engines to name a few. E3C splash blends in fuels without any mixing and will produce the same eliminations of Nitrous Oxides, pollutants and carcinogens when blended and burned with coal.
